QCC (Quality Control Circle) is a method used to control product quality and reduce the number of products that experience defects related to the number of consumer complaints
By applying the QCC method, PT. Cipta Coilindo can minimize or eliminate product defects so that consumer returns can be minimized and there will be no loss in these events.
